Nils F\u00f6rster is a PhD student in the Division of Organizational Communication<\/a>. He completed his Master’s degree in Organizational Communication at the University of Greifswald<\/a> in 2024, focusing on theories of organizational communication and employer branding. His master’s thesis examined how employers structurally stage relationship quality linguistically in their responses to critical reviews while performatively undermining it.<\/p>\n

He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Media and Communication Science at the Technical University of Ilmenau<\/a> in 2022, specializing in digital change communication. His undergraduate thesis analyzed the stereotypical representation of East Germans in headlines of German newspapers.<\/p>\n
